We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aetherpeak.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will then provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable service.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, either through a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

The simplest way to get the item you want is to return your original item for a refund and place a new, separate order.
